ADO Practice Solutions, a Walman Company, has announced a new marketing program, PATIENT REFOCUS, powered by DONE4YOU Marketing.
This new program was designed to extend a helping hand to independent eyecare providers as they continue to counter the effects of COVID-19 and the impact on their business, knowing the months of March-May could be challenging from a patient recall perspective.
Due to the COVID-19 shutdown, recalled patients visited practices in later months and their recall schedules shifted. Practice closures not only impacted revenue, but also staffing and overall patient flow, leaving practices without built-in appointments in the upcoming months and potentially throughout the year.
