Optometric alliance Vision Source announced that it has entered into a vision service provider agreement with Minuteman Health, an HMO based in Boston comprised of over 7,500 hospitals, physicians and specialists.
Vision Source President and CEO Jim Greenwood notes: “The Vision Source optometry offices located throughout New Hampshire are prepared to serve the patients resulting from our agreement with Minuteman Health. Vision Source member clinicians provide collaborative care and state-of–the-art optometric services, with a strong emphasis on the patient experience. High quality care delivered in a warm and welcoming environment for the Minuteman Health member is our goal.”
Glenn Klink, executive director of Minuteman Health New Hampshire, says he also is excited about the partnership. “Minuteman Health New Hampshire is pleased to be able to add the Vision Source network of independent optometrists as the provider of primary care for eye health to our network,” says Klink. “We continue to build upon a strong foundation with the highest quality providers to insure that our members have access to the best care.”
