Distinctive Strategies & Leadership has launched a series of one-day seminars, Navigating the Path to a Practice of Distinction, which will run throughout 2015.
Presenters are April Jasper, OD, FAAO; Katie Gilbert-Spear, OD, MPH; and Carl Spear, OD, MBA, FAAO. They will provide participants with formulas to analyze and apply successful frame pricing strategies. In addition, they conduct an in-depth analysis of contact lens inventory and an overview of new technologies.
