Maxwell Kahn, an expert in retail technology and customer experience and Northwell Health’s CEO Michael Dowling, the leader of one of the nation’s largest private health systems will share their views on today’s fast changing health-care landscape when they speak at the Vision Monday Global Leadership Summit next month. They will join a diverse roster of health-care experts who will address the Summit’s theme, “The Future of Healthcare: Beyond 2020,” at the daylong conference on March 25.
Kahn is president of Coresight Research, a leading research and advisory firm specializing in disruptive technologies reshaping today’s retail landscape. Coresight Research has a global presence spanning the U.S., Europe and Asia, including deep expertise in the fast-changing China market.

Michael Dowling is one of healthcare’s most influential voices, taking a stand on societal issues such as gun violence and immigration that many health system CEOs shy away from. As president and CEO of Northwell Health, he leads a clinical, academic and research enterprise with a workforce of more than 71,000 and annual revenue of $13.5 billion.

Also joining the Summit program is Stu MacFarlane, chief marketing officer for Internet Brands Health, which includes WebMD, Demandforce, Officite, iMatrix and Vitals. In addition to leading marketing efforts, MacFarlane is responsible for launching new consumer health businesses, including the recent launches of WebMD Care, and WebMD Labs.
The other speakers at the VM Summit are Mony Iyer, vice-president, specialty health-care services, Walmart Health and Wellness, who will share a look inside Walmart’s newest Health Center, which just opened in recent months and is offering a new approach to health-care services; Jennifer Esposito, vice-president, health for Magic Leap, who will discuss how the company is building the next generation of computing, spatial computing, creating 3D imagery to visualize data, run simulations and train doctors and other professionals; and Jo Natauri, partner and global head of health-care investing for Goldman Sachs’ Merchant Banking Division (MBD). Natauri will present the view from the vantage point of today’s major global investors toward the fast-changing health-care space, talking about which types of business models are getting their attention, and how consumer expectations and new technology is impacting the field.
