New Transitions Optical POS Materials Promote Life Well Lit

Transitions Optical, Inc., is introducing new and updated point-of-sale (POS) materials to aid eyecare professionals in educating their patients on the benefits of the Transitions family of products. Featuring imagery depicting what consumers see when they wear Transitions lenses, the new materials allow eyecare professionals to leverage the Life well lit global communication and advertising campaign. The Life well lit campaign aims to educate consumers about the ability of superior light management to enhance how they see the world. The goal is to spark consumer interest and conversation with eyecare professionals.

Ideal for use in dispensaries and patient waiting rooms, a new consumer brochure reflects the Life well lit dimmer switch analogy, suggesting that it’s not just about light and dark–it’s about everything in between. The brochure informs patients about the variety of Transitions adaptive lenses and Transitions performance sun lenses available, as well as the benefits of each product. Eyecare professionals can use the brochure to help patients select the lenses most appropriate for their lifestyle.

Eyecare professionals can also display the new Life well lit Dispensing Mat to reinforce to patients that they carry Transitions lens products. The mat is intended to show how the right vision wear can enhance everyday moments, and can be used to start a conversation about the benefits of Transitions lenses. Similarly, an Instore Video features the new Life well lit commercial, a Transitions family of products video and additional educational videos to highlight the different options available.

These new materials complement existing POS tools, including the Transitions UV Demo Unit–a battery-powered demonstration of how Transitions lenses work–and the Transitions Vantage lens demo kit–which includes a glare simulator and a lorgnette with a Transitions Vantage lens sample.

Finally, an updated POS Guide provides eyecare professionals with tips on how to best visually organize their office and create customized materials using the Transitions Online Marketing (TOM) tool.
