IDOC has launched a new member benefit: access to Managed Care Consulting with Jenna Armitage, who has joined IDOC in a Managed Care Consultant role offering support to ODs as they navigate the ever-changing landscape of medical insurance and managed care plans.
“We hear often that health insurance and vision care plans continue to be one of the most complex areas of practice management for ODs,” said Dave Brown, IDOC CEO. “That’s why we’re thrilled to introduce this new member benefit. Our members can now consult with Jenna, our dedicated Managed Care Consultant, to gain clarity and support in real time.”

Armitage joins IDOC with six years of management experience across multiple independent practices. She holds an MBA in healthcare management. IDOC says her experience has given her “a wide breadth of knowledge from which she can draw on to support IDOC members in understanding how best to navigate and manage medical insurance and managed care plans in an industry that is always shifting. Members will receive support in:

The new Managed Care Consulting benefit is extended to all Advisor and Select Members. IDOC recently launched a full suite of hands-on practice management services.
