Market Opportunity: Compete More Effectively with Online Retailers

More of your patients than you might have guessed are satisfied with their online eyewear purchases, findings from The Vision Council’s 2015 VisionWatch Internet Influence Report suggest. Most of the 812 consumers surveyed, who purchased eyewear online within the previous six months, were satisfied with their purchase experience. Indeed, 57.1 percent rated their recent online buying experience as “excellent,” and 35.1 percent rated their recent online purchase experience as “good.”
