To automate contact lens ordering, ABB Concise distribution centers have integrated Compulink Business Systems, Inc.’s Electronic Health Records and Practice Management software. Users of Compulink’s Eyecare Advantage software will now be able to order lenses directly from ABB Concise’s catalog of products.
Scheduled for completion by the end of 2011, the software integration will create greater efficiencies when ordering contact lenses and will eliminate double entry for staff members who currently divide their time between their Compulink system and the ABB Concise web site.
